First Aid for Burned Bushland (FABB) is the suite of resources AABR is developing to support the coordinated and informed recovery of our beloved bushland that was ablaze over summer.
To support the rapid up-skilling of well intentioned volunteers, regenTV video production has gone into overdrive, and the combined consciousness of experienced bush regenerators probed, to produce information sheets that put in to context what has happened, and what a recovery may look like.
Assisting regeneration after fire: why it’s so important, is the first in a series of instructional videos to support the understanding of the mammoth task at hand.
If 100 people chip in the cost of a kilo of bananas (currently retailing at $4.50/kg for organic) we’d be well on the way to making the next video in the FABB series.
Donations are generous gifts at present as AABR doesn’t have tax-deductible status…we’re working on it.
End Of Financial Year presents an opportune time for businesses to be able to include in their annual statement sponsorship of FABB videos including business branding. Sponsorship options are outlined in the regenTV sponsorship guide. Please call Suzanne 0407 002 921 to discuss.
Thank you to all the wonderful donors and sponsors who have helped create a fantastic post-fire recovery resource. The videos can be viewed on our website https://www.aabr.org.au/regentv/ or on AABR's YouTube channel http://www.youtube.com/c/regenTV
