Parents of Children with a Disability Matter Too.
For Valentine’s Day your gift of love could make a difference to parents of children with a disability.
Give something more meaningful than a rose this Valentine’s Day. By giving a donation to EarlyEd you share your love with a parent of a child with a disability.
Help EarlyEd to provide support to parents when they need it.
When you give, on behalf of your loved one, your donation not only acknowledges your loved one but shares it with a parent of a children with a disability(who can then in turn share their love with their own family and child.)
“I need someone for me as well.”
When EarlyEd can support a parent they will not feel alone. They will know that others recognise that they need support too. They will feel supported enough to share the "love" and most importantly keep providing the intervention their child needs. A parent can have their questions answered, their concerns acknowledge and know what to do next when they need it.
A donation of $55 shares your “love” as it covers the support for a parent when they call for advice.
Why does EarlyEd need this help?
The government funding for parents of children with a disability has ceased since the roll out of NDIS but the needs of parents haven’t. The withdrawal of funding has meant EarlyEd now has no funds to deliver supports to families of our community. Families still call us for advice. Families still call concerned about their child, not knowing what to do. Families still have emergencies and need support.
Right now we are receiving about 10 calls a week. We have been covering this for 8 months but need your help to keep providing this service.
For $55 you can support a parent to receive the initial support they need.
For $275 you can offer that parent support for a week.
For $14 000 we could provide support for one day a week for families so they don’t reach a point of crisis.
Share your love.
