Respectus is a not for profit organisation working with the community to end homelessness of vulnerable women and children in the Hunter region. Respectus was born out of a community response to services being overwhelmed in providing vulnerable women and children experiencing or at risk of homelessness, safe and secure temporary housing.
As a trusted charitable organization founded in 2016, we provide a refuge for women and children when they need it most.

Our aim is to help reduce homelessness* in Newcastle and our wider surrounds.
