It may be nearly the end of May but the 65 Roses Challenge for CFT is continuing into June and I hope you can support me in my 65 Roses Challenge.
Cystic Fibrosis is the most common genetic disease facing young Australians and their families today - CF has a huge impact not only on the person living with CF, their life expectancy but also on their family. With no Government funding, CFT relies on the generosity and support of the community; now more than ever, we need your support.
Those of you that know me, know I have a slight aversion to gyms (and exercise in general) so although this may not seem like a big Challenge I think my 65 Roses Challenge may be a huge for me!
My Challenge is to complete 6 x 5 (30) yoga or movement sessions between now and the end of June. For each one I don’t complete, I will personally donate $5- to CFT!
Here’s hoping I can complete all 30 sessions and raise some much needed support and awareness for CFT.
I would love your support in making a BIG difference to a small charity. Remember also that all donations over $2- are tax deductable.
Thanks for your support – And don’t forget, it isn’t too late to even start your own 65 Roses Challenge for CFT!
